The Design

St. George, the patron saint of England, was an early Christian martyr and an ideal example of martial valor, courage, and selflessness. 

He was a Roman soldier that died as a martyr by being beheaded around 303 AD. There are many stories about St. George, the most popular being that he slew a dragon to rescue a princess. It is with this heroic deed that he led many to convert to Catholicism and be baptized. 

This rash guard features a traditional image of St. George mounted on horseback and slaying the monstrous dragon!
