The Design
Passion comes form the Latin word "passio" which means "to suffer" or "suffering". Christ's passion, death, and resurrection are the central elements of the Catholic faith. It is around these that the promises of the Church revolve and through which we can hope to gain our eternal reward.
Take a reminder of this with you every time you step on the mats. Let your "passio" every time you train draw your mind back to Christ's passion.
This design features a depiction of the Crown of Thorns and nails on the front. The word "PASSION" is written on the right arm. The trunk of the design is black and the right arm has different colors to represent different ranks in Brazilian Jiujitsu. Colors available are for the BJJ belt ranks white, grey, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, brown, and black.
